Club swim hats, t-shirts and hoodies are available to order from the equipment Officer, Liz Sheerin.
Regular orders are placed for named hats, look out for notices at the pool.
The following equipment is required for training sessions:
All swimmers are expected to bring a soft non-fizzy drink in a plastic bottle to all training sessions (plastic bottle caps are to be removed before entering the poolside).
For safety reasons a swim hat should be worn if swimmers have long hair.
If you wear goggles, have a spare pair in your bag.
Killer Whales, Tiger Sharks and Barracudas should have short training fins.
In addition Tiger Sharks and Barracudas should have hand paddles.
Tiger Sharks and Barracudas may wish to wear drag suits.
The Equipment Officer or any coach will give advice on which brand of equipment to purchase. Swimsuits and other equipment are readily available from through many mail order companies, and there are often swim shops in attendance at local competitions.
